Our company manufactures Liquid Oxygen Plant as per the latest technology and design of the Company ING. L. & A., BOSCHI, ITALY. The small capacity liquid oxygen plant has a capacity ranging from 20 litres/hr to 60 litres/hr (with liquid production LOX and LIN). It can be used for the production of 100% liquid to fill in liquid tanks or 50% gas & 50% liquid to fill in tanks. This liquid oxygen plant comes with a leakproof stainless steel column and produces highly pure medical and industrial use oxygen. Our company supplies medium capacity and large capacity oxygen plants.

BASIC PRINCIPLE

The offered liquid oxygen plant generates oxygen and nitrogen gases from the atmosphere air. The molecular sieve purification system separates moisture and carbon dioxide from the process air. Cryogenic Cooling liquifies the air utilizing the advanced plate and fin, heat exchangers and expanders. The liquid air is separated into oxygen and inert gases by the use of air separation column. The liquid oxygen generated is stored in liquid storage tank.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF LIQUID OXYGEN PLANT

Liquid Oxygen Plant uses oil free rotary screw /centrifugal oil compressor that works between 0.6 to 1.0 mpa.
It incorporates highly efficient aluminum brazed exchangers and packed columns.
It has turbo expanders (Oil or Air Bearing) for smooth operation.
The liquid oxygen plant above 500 comes with an automatic PLC controller.
The experienced engineers can install, commission and train manpower at customers site.
This power efficient and high performance liquid oxygen plant requires zero maintenance.
