In addition to this, our professionals always ensure to deliver this Oxygen Gas Plant at the client's premises safely within the stipulated time-frame. These plants operate by compressing the atmospheric at low pressure of 5 to 10 Bars by rotary compressor for further processing by low pressure refrigerant to ensure effective pre-cooling of air at around 12 deg C. After that, the processed air moves into twin molecular sieve driers that work alternatively to eliminate the carbon dioxide and moisture content from the pre-cooled air before entering into air separation unit. Further processing is done by cooling the air mixture at sub zero temperatures for liquification by cryogenic refrigeration process to achieve hassle-free separation of oxygen and nitrogen in different chambers by rectification process with a purity level of 99.6% and 99.99% up to 3PPM. Furthermore, the processed oxygen is filled in the desired containers through filling pumps.
